Our bodies need to move! Movement is key for connection to the body and to release any energy & emotions held in the body - from past trauma, to anxiety & stress. Our body can begin to heal through movement! Connecting with our body is so important and when we listen to it and move in ways that feel good, massive transformation can begin to happen!
In my own practice I love to combine different practices - Yoga, Qi Gong, Workouts, Dance/Intuitive Movement & Fascial Release Movement, by The Human Garage, which I am currently learning. This way we can work with what is best suited to us in the moment and in our current state to help to move any stagnant energy, stress, emotions and stiffness from the body.
Movement is literally Medicine! We can get our energy flowing, release anything we've been holding, tap into our body and sensations and find what feels GOOD!
