Align with the Divine began unfolding in 2016, during a turbulent time in my life. It was while navigating this chapter that I discovered Meditation, which sparked a profound shift in my mindset and consciousness. It wasn’t long after that I found my way to my very first Yoga class — A practice that opened the door to incredible transformation.
Through the power of Yoga, I began a deep journey inward. What started as a personal practice soon became a calling, leading me into teacher training and guiding me toward a range of powerful, holistic modalities that have changed my life.
My path to healing wasn’t linear. I hit rock bottom — battling anxiety, depression, undiagnosed ADHD, substance abuse, disordered eating, and more. One day, I knew something had to change. That moment of clarity led me to the tools and practices that now form the foundation of the work I share. These practices didn’t just help me — they saved me. If I could shift from that darkness into light, I believe with all my heart that you can too. The power to heal lives within you. It all begins within us! ❤
My intention is not to teach you, but to help you remember — To awaken the deep well of wisdom that's already within you. We are each our own best healer! Our bodies and minds are SO incredibly powerful - We just need to reconnect and believe in that power!
I share from experience the tools, practices, and insights that have supported my own transformation. My hope is that you’ll be inspired to embody and integrate them into your own journey toward empowerment, healing, and self-discovery.

Recently I embraced the most important role of my lIfe - becoming a mumma. It’s been the most incredible, humbling, and heart-expanding experience! My daughter is my greatest teacher and inspiration, and she’s guiding me to live even more naturally, more consciously, low toxin and with even deeper love ❤ every moment with her is the biggest blessing!
Since beginning this journey of self-healing, my life has transformed in every way. And now, I feel called to walk beside others as they remember their power and realign with their truth.
Through self-work, we can release pain, dis-ease, limiting beliefs, and find the freedom to live more authentically — with joy, purpose, and deep connection.
