Align with the Divine began unfolding in 2016 during a very turbulent time in my life. It was during this time that I discovered Meditation, which sparked a massive shift in my mindset and consciousness and the beginning of my "awakening". It wasn’t long after that I found my way to my very first Yoga class...
Through the power of Yoga I began a deep journey inward and what started as a personal practice soon became a new way of life, leading me on a path of self-discovery and toward a range of powerful, holistic modalities that have become the foundation of the work I share.
I've always been a highly intuitive and deeply sensitive being (I'm a Pisces Sun 😂♓️) so working with the subtle energetic and emotional realms has always come pretty naturally to me. I am fascinated by all things energy and love to dive deep and learn about the wonder and magic of life.
To Align with the Divine means to connect and live in harmony with universal energy or higher power ~ bringing your life, purpose and actions into alignment with your own inner wisdom and truth through surrender, presence and trust.
It’s the realisation that you are an extension of creation and at oneness with source ~ and when you move with flow, following your intuition with an open heart, you will naturally gravitate towards what has always been meant for you and let life unfold without force.
I believe that it is essential to connect with ourselves deeply and to listen to our own voice rather than the noise of the world.. something that can be challenging at times! Through the work and practices I offer, my intention is to guide you into that stillness within, where remembrance happens and you can reconnect with who you truly are.
Life can be tough sometimes! But equally just as amazingly beautiful.
It is important for us to stay connected to the beauty (while diving deep into the depths!) and to remember and awaken the wisdom that's already inside of us.
We are each our own best healer and we are the peace that we are looking for. Our bodies and minds are SO incredibly powerful and intelligent ~ We just need to reconnect to and remember our power ❤
I share from experience the tools, practices and insights that have supported my own journey back to my authentic self. I hope that it will spark inspiration to embody and integrate them into your own journey toward empowerment, transformation and self-discovery.
I work with and share Movement, Sound, and Energy - all expressions of energy itself. And as everything is energy, the potential for transformation is limitless!

Before anything else, I am a very proud mumma to the most beautiful little girl! And also my beautiful dog son 😂
My daughter is my greatest teacher and inspiration and she guides me to be better every day, to live even more consciously, with deeper love and awareness and to be the best example to her I possibly can ❤ her pure innocence and beauty remind me of the true meaning of life and what it's all about!
Since beginning this journey, my life has transformed in every way. I've been able to release and continue to work through so much, from emotional trauma, anxiety & depression, substance abuse, addiction, ADHD management plus much more with self- awareness and daily practice.
Through self healing we can release pain, dis-ease, limiting beliefs, and find the freedom to live more authentically ~ with joy, purpose and deeper connection.
I believe the true "goal" in life is to rediscover and to be our authentic self and to remember who we truly are before the world told us who we should be! And everything will align and unfold from there ❤
