Movement is key for connection to the body and to release any stagnant energy & emotions that we may be holding - from trauma, disregulation, to anxiety, stress and tension.
Our body can begin to heal through movement with intention.
Connecting with our body is so important and when we listen to it and move in ways that feel good, massive transformation can begin to happen!
I love to combine different practices when guiding movement and also in my own daily practice - I share Yoga, Qi Gong, Body Tapping, Breath and Fascial Release Techniques which I am currently learning and experiencing amazing results! This way we can work with what is best suited to us in the moment and in our current state to help to move any stagnant energy, lymphatic fluid, stress, held emotions and tension from the body - which is my main intention that I love to share!
Movement is literally Medicine! We can get our energy flowing, release anything we may be holding, tap into our body and sensations and find what feels good.
Movement can bring us out of our busy mind, grounded back into our body and back to ourselves ❤
