Our bodies need to move! They are designed this way...
Movement is key for connection to the body and to release any stagnant energy & emotions that we may be holding - from trauma to disregulation, anxiety, stress and tension.
Our body can begin to heal through movement with the right intention.
Connecting with our body is so important and when we listen to it and move in ways that feel good, massive transformation can begin to happen!
I love to combine different practices when guiding movement and also in my own daily practice - I share Yoga, Qi Gong, Body Tapping, Fascia Release Techniques, Mobility & Fitness.
We can work with what is best suited to us in the moment and in our current state to help to move any stagnant energy, lymphatic fluid, stress, any held emotions and tension from the body - which is my main intention that I love to share!
Movement is literally Medicine. We can find grounding within ourselves, get our energy flowing, release anything we may be holding, tap into our body and sensations and find what feels good.
Movement can bring us out of our busy mind, back into our body and back to ourselves.
