Sound Healing & the use of Sound, Music & instruments dates back thousands of years in many different traditions all around the world. It has been used for healing and ritual from Ancient Egyptians to indigenous tribes, up to the present day. 

Sound & Vibration is the force of all creation ~ Sound + Intention = Healing! 

Working with Sound with intention is one of, of not the most powerful healing modalities on the planet! We do not just hear sound, but FEEL it in every cell of our body.

Sound has the power to allow us to feel, journey inward, release energy & emotion - and can literally change the make up of physical matter. It is THAT powerful!

Everything in Creation is in a constant state of Vibration. Even objects that appear to be solid (like you!) are constantly vibrating and resonating at different frequencies. Nothing is as it seems to the human eye - Everything is Energy! By altering the rate of vibration/frequency, we can change the structure of 'matter' 

When our bodies are out of balance due to things such as illness, a busy mind or heavy emotions, we start to vibrate at a different frequency and find ourselves in a state of dis-ease. With the use of Sound, we can change our frequency to bring everything back into harmonious alignment. 

Sound resonates through every cell, organ and tissue in our body - and by using Sound, we can work on multiple levels to release and realign any mental, emotional and physical disharmony.

I work with a variety of different instruments, such as Shamanic Drum, Gongs, Handpan, Crystal Singing Bowls, Tibetan Bowls, Tuning forks, Flutes - plus many more, the collection keeps growing! 

I absolutely LOVE to work with sound and feel most aligned and happy when playing my instruments! I play every note from my heart and is my favourite way to send peace, joy and healing out to the world :)
